CABIN CREW (STEWARDESS / STEWARD)
Since 2005 Logart is one of leading cabin crew recruitment agencies in Poland and Eastern Europe.
To our recruitment projects we invite candidates who are:
Over 18 years of age
Over 52 (1.57m) in height with weight in proportion (maximum height is 1.88m)
Of normal vision (contact lenses acceptable)
Able to swim well
In possession of a valid European Union passport and have the right to work in both the UK and Ireland
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Willing to relocate to any European base. We cannot guarantee to each candidate employment in the base appointed by a candidate
No visible tattoos.
The job offer:

Guaranteed employment for all successful candidates with Agency subcontracted to airlines
Average monthly salary 1,100-1,500 after tax. The working time is 20-25 hours a week, 9 months a year (each employee can have only 900 flying hours per annum).
All staff will benefit from a fixed working rota of "5 days working followed by 2 days off, 5 days working followed by 3 days off "(5:2, 5:3). Weekly shifts will be either AM or PM.
No planned overnights for staff. Aircrafts return to base each evening

The employed cabin crew must have their flats within a 1 hour of travel from the airport. The flats are not guaranteed by the employer.
Once you are working in any base for at least 12 months, it is possible to apply to relocate you to a different base.

Recruitment process:

3. Interviews day: presentation, fulfilling recruitment forms and interview in English
4. Results: 3-4 days after the interview day
5. Training: 5-6 weeks
6. Start a job: 1-3 weeks after the training, depending on the number of current vacancies

Courses in Poland will be held in January and February.
Costs bonuses:
- Registration for courses: 500. This is a non refundable registrations fee paid after interview when an accepted candidate wants to register for a training.
- Cost of accommodation in Germany: 700 euro
- Training course fee: 1749 if it is paid 3 weeks before the training. 2399 if the course fee is paid later or it is credited by the employer. Using credit option means the employer will deduct from your monthly salary for 6 months. The training course fee is paid only by candidates who finished the training and start a job. - the employer supports the new cabin crew giving them an additional financial bonus: new joiners get 1200 over first 6 months (in addition to their salary)
